Our Team
Jay Scolnick, the owner of Colorado Factory Modular and started building homes and developing land in 1984 in Phoenix, AZ. He moved with his family to Denver and fell in love with the beauty, outdoor lifestyle and has raised his family here since 1992. Jay is considered a first-generation land developer which means, his father started in Canada back in the 1950's. His father Robert Scolnick instilled trust, honesty, and integrity in community development.

Dennis Sanchez has partnered with Jay Scolnick to sell more than 45 lots in Fort Lupton and Ault since 2011. With extensive experience in construction, he has bought, renovated, and sold homes for his own ventures.
Dennis' journey in sales began selling fruit at his father's stall in a Florida farmers' market, where he discovered his passion for connecting with clients. As a husband, father, and seasoned professional, he empathizes with and comprehends his clients' needs deeply.

Glen DalGardno is a respected Contractor and Architectural Designer with 26 years of experience, spanning Seattle for 18 years and Denver for 8 years. Glen remains committed to continuous improvement, embracing each day as an opportunity to refine his skills and bring his clients' dreams to life.

The MHWC Incentive program was established as a way to reward Builders who demonstrate quality construction and superior customer service.
Membership in the MHWC 10-year warranty program is granted only to those builders who demonstrate technical competence, financial stability and professional building ethics.
MHWC, along with its sister company, Residential Warranty Company, LLC, which began providing insured warranties to new homebuyers in 1981, is the largest provider of ten-year warranties in the nation.
